The holiday season is a time typically full of social and emotional demands for most people. This year, the season may look very different for many, as we keep physical distance to help limit the spread of Covid-19. Need some help caring for yourself this holiday season so that you can fully enjoy all the good things that are there, even in these challenging times? This class is for you!
We will support each other through the holiday season using different sound and meditation tools. Every class will include a sound bath with various overtone-producing instruments, a lovely meditation from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, and most importantly space for you to relax, release your mental to-do list, and let yourself just be.
In order to make this experience accessible to different schedules, all Zoom classes will be recorded and access will be provided only to those who have registered for the series. All classes will be available online to class participants for a week after the series finishes.
